1. General Policy

At Haisley Hotel, we value our guests and strive to provide an exceptional experience. We understand that plans can change and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Cancellation Terms

Standard Bookings:

– Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.

– Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

– No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Rates:

– Certain promotional or discounted rates may be offered on a non-refundable basis. These bookings cannot be cancelled or amended, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Early Departure Policy

Guests who choose to depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full duration of the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by hotel management.

4. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is when a guest does not arrive without prior cancellation. In such cases, the full cost of the reservation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

5. Group Bookings & Special Events

Different cancellation policies may apply to group bookings (3 rooms or more), weddings, conferences, or special events. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and outlined in the group contract.

6. Modifications to Bookings

Modifications to bookings (such as change of dates or room type) are subject to availability and may be subject to rate changes. All changes must be requested in writing via email or through our official booking platform.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

8. Force Majeure

Haisley Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In such cases, flexible rescheduling options may be offered at management’s discretion.
